1. The service
VozRadar is a regional AI search intelligence platform. It discovers the questions buyers are likely to ask AI assistants in a given market, samples answers from third-party AI systems, measures how brands appear in those answers, identifies the sources shaping them, produces recommendations, and tracks changes you ship. It is a measurement and advisory tool. You decide what to publish and remain responsible for your website and content.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use the service. Sign in with Google or with an email address and password; email sign-up is confirmed with a one-time code. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Accounts belong to workspaces. A workspace owner or admin can invite members, assign roles (owner, admin, member, viewer), remove members and manage billing. Members act on behalf of the workspace, and the workspace's customer is responsible for their conduct.
You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract.
3. Plans, billing and limits
Plans. The service offers a free one-off scan and paid monthly subscriptions (currently Founder, Growth and Agency). Each plan has limits, such as the number of projects, tracked prompts, AI answers per month and active experiments. Current plans, prices and limits are shown on the pricing page and in workspace billing. Prices shown on the marketing site are planned prices; the amount you will be charged is confirmed in workspace billing before checkout, in USD, plus any taxes that apply. Checkout may show and charge the equivalent amount in your local currency.
Payment provider. Paid plans are sold through Link, Stripe's merchant of record service (Stripe Managed Payments). As merchant of record, Stripe, through Link, handles checkout, payment methods, taxes, receipts, invoices and payment disputes under its own Sold through Link terms, which you accept at checkout. We remain responsible for the service itself. Card and billing details are entered directly on Stripe's checkout page; we do not store them. Your card statement shows the charge as LINK.COM* followed by our name.
Renewal and changes. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can change plan at any time; the difference is prorated immediately. You can cancel, update your payment method and download invoices from workspace billing or from your Link account at link.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which the workspace returns to the free plan and its limits.
Limits and budgets. When a workspace reaches a plan limit, the affected action (for example, running more answers this month) pauses until the next period or an upgrade. We may also apply global daily budgets on answer surfaces to keep the service reliable. Existing data is not deleted when a limit is reached or a plan is downgraded, but access to features above the plan's limits may be restricted.
Refunds. Fees are non-refundable, including for unused time in a billing period, except where the law requires a refund. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you can cancel a purchase within 14 days of getting access and receive a refund, as set out in Link's Sold through Link terms. Refund requests go to [email protected] or to Link support at link.com. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app. Changes apply from your next renewal after the notice period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service to manipulate, spam, poison or deceive AI systems or search engines, for example by generating hidden text, fake reviews, fabricated citations, fake third-party sources or misleading structured data;
- use collected answers, prompts or citations in ways that violate the terms of the AI or search providers they came from, or resell or redistribute raw provider output;
- crawl, scrape or connect websites, accounts or systems you are not authorised to access, or use the service to bypass logins, paywalls or
robots.txt; - connect Google, GitHub or other accounts that you do not control or have no right to connect;
- probe, overload or interfere with the service, its infrastructure or its rate limits, or attempt to access other workspaces' data;
- reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it;
- use the service to infringe anyone's rights, break the law, or process personal data without a lawful basis;
- share report links or alert destinations in a way that exposes data you have no right to disclose.
We may suspend or limit access to protect the service, other customers or third parties, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
5. Your data
Ownership. You own the content you put into the service and the data you connect (your project settings, prompts, brand facts, notes, connected Search Console, analytics and repository data). We claim no rights in it beyond what is needed to run the service for you.
Licence to us. You grant us a licence to host, process, transmit and display your content as needed to provide the service, including sending your approved prompts to the AI answer surfaces you enable and sending answer text and public page text to our classification and generation providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
Our data. VozRadar owns the measurement data it generates (answers collected, classifications, metrics, source statistics, demand estimates) and the software, methodology and models behind it. During your subscription you may use that data for your own business purposes, export it, and share reports with your clients and colleagues. You may not resell it as a data product or use it to build a competing service.
Aggregate learning. We may use de-identified, aggregated data across customers (for example, which kinds of interventions tend to change visibility in which markets) to improve the service. Aggregates never identify you, your workspace or your brand.
Responsibility. You are responsible for having the rights to connect a domain and the accounts you connect, and for the lawfulness of the content you upload. Competitor domains are only ever crawled for public pages.
Deletion and export. You can export observations and citations as CSV, disconnect connectors and delete projects and your account at any time. After deletion we remove your data as described in the Privacy Policy, except where we must keep records by law.
6. AI output and measurements
Please read this section carefully; it describes what the service can and cannot promise.
- Answers are sampled observations. Every AI answer the service collects is one sample from a third-party AI system at one moment, with one model, one set of search results and one location. The same question can produce a different answer the next time it is asked.
- Rates, not rankings. Metrics such as mention rate, recommendation rate and citation coverage are rates over the answers we sampled, with the sample size and uncertainty shown. They are not rankings and are not guaranteed to match what any individual user sees.
- API surfaces are not consumer apps. Answers from a provider's API, even with web search enabled, can differ from that provider's consumer product. The service labels each surface precisely and does not claim to observe consumer apps unless it says so.
- Demand estimates are proxies. "Estimated AI demand" is derived from search and trend signals. It is not a measurement of real prompt volume.
- Recommendations are suggestions. Recommendations, briefs and generated prompts are produced from observed signals and, in part, by AI models. They may be incomplete or wrong. Review them before acting, and never publish claims, statistics, testimonials or certifications that are not true.
- No guaranteed outcomes. We do not promise that any recommendation will improve visibility, traffic, rankings, sales or any other outcome. An improvement observed after a change is an association, not proof of cause, and the service labels it that way.
- Providers change. AI providers change models, search behaviour and availability without notice. Measurements can shift, surfaces can become unavailable, and historical comparisons across such changes are flagged as confounded rather than guaranteed.
You are solely responsible for decisions made on the basis of the service's output.
7. Third-party services
The service depends on third-party providers: AI answer surfaces (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Perplexity, and Anthropic's Claude with web search, only when a workspace on a plan that includes it selects it), search-result and trend capture (SerpApi), classification and generation (Anthropic), payments (Stripe), email (Resend), edge and storage (Cloudflare), analytics and error tracking (PostHog), and optional connectors (Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, GitHub) and alert destinations (Slack, webhooks, email) that you choose.
Your use of connected third-party accounts is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for their availability, changes, pricing or conduct, and a provider's outage, throttling or policy change may limit part of the service. Where a provider becomes unavailable, we will substitute, disable or relabel the affected surface and say so.
8. Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, methodology, documentation and trademarks, belongs to STORYSTEPPER LIMITED and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under these terms. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation to you. Brand names, logos and content collected from the public web or from AI answers belong to their respective owners and are shown for measurement and reference only.
9. Confidentiality
Data you connect that is not public (Search Console data, analytics data, repository file paths, unpublished brand facts, experiment notes) is treated as your confidential information. We access it only to provide the service, for support at your request, or where the law requires. You agree to keep non-public information about the service, such as beta features and pricing offered to you privately, confidential.
10. Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access with notice if you materially breach these terms, if your payment fails and is not resolved, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will give at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your data. Sections 5, 6, 8, 9, 11, 12 and 14 survive termination.
11. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted or error-free operation. In particular, we make no warranty about the accuracy, completeness or stability of third-party AI output or of any measurement derived from it.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, arising out of these terms or the service, even if advised of the possibility;
- our total liability for all claims arising out of these terms or the service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, the websites and accounts you connect, your use of the service in breach of these terms, or your use of the service's output.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, and the courts of Hong Kong SAR have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Before going to court, contact us at [email protected] and we will try to resolve the matter informally within 30 days.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms. If you do not, stop using the service and delete your account before the effective date.
16. General
These terms, the Privacy Policy and any order or plan you select are the whole agreement between us about the service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor of the business. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control. Notices to us go to [email protected]; notices to you go to your account email.
